WHY NOW?
As previously stated in our Community Update — #1, we’re updating the Floor Calculator. This upgrade should unlock over 500 ETH into the vault. We’ve already begun discussions to get an audit done and have just recently paid for a popular marketing firm to help create marketing content that will bring more exposure to the project. However, that will take some time and we feel that the price needs a bit more of a ‘jolt’ while we continue development for the next phase for $ROOT.
Whether the community uses this event for speculative gains, or even as an exit strategy, we hope that it can bring some peace of mind going into the holidays, knowing that we’re still here & working behind the scenes, for the community.
POST BUYBACK
Well, hopefully by the time the buyback is complete, we’ll have progressed far enough into development that we can at least announce the next additions to the Rootkit ecosystem. Due to the holidays, we won’t likely have Phase 2 completed until sometime in January (we all have families, sorry bros). However, once we can formally announce the vision & mission of the team, we believe that we’ll garner the community’s interest once again. In the meantime, we have added a CM onto the team to help answer any questions you may have & keep engagement flowing in telegram while we develop.
